1. Information We Collect
- Account: email (via Google login), license key, status/usage history
- Device & identity: device fingerprint (hashed HWID), IP address, and Steam ID (read from the running game to verify trial eligibility and prevent reuse)
- Payment: processed via Stripe — we store only payment intent/charge id, amount, currency, plan (not full card numbers)
- Usage/security: request logs, behavioral anomaly/anti-abuse metrics, audit logs of valuable actions
2. Why We Use It & Legal Basis
Account/entitlement management (contract) · fraud prevention, trial-reuse prevention, abuse handling, and system security (legitimate interest) · accounting and tax (legal obligation). Device fingerprint, Steam ID, and anomaly metrics are used specifically for fraud prevention.
3. Anomaly Detection
For safety and fairness, we monitor for abnormal usage patterns and may suspend/revoke access. We do not disclose all detection methods, for security reasons.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only as needed with providers such as Google (auth), Stripe (payments), and hosting/infrastructure providers, and where required by law or to protect rights/safety.
5. Retention
We keep data only as needed: account/usage/enforcement records generally up to ~2 years; financial records per law (~7 years); trial-reuse-prevention records (device hash + Steam ID) are retained indefinitely for fraud prevention.
6. Your Rights (PDPA/GDPR)
Access, correct, delete, object, restrict, and data portability (where required); withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. We may verify identity; some requests may be limited for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or others' rights.
7. International Transfers
We may use providers in multiple countries; your data may be processed outside your country, with reasonable steps to follow applicable law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
