1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Overvales' overlay software ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, not located in an embargoed country, and you are solely responsible for complying with the source game's terms and any third-party services.
3. Nature of the Service
The Service is an overlay that helps you view, filter, and compare in-game market data you can already access. It is not part of the source game and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the game's developer. Game trademarks belong to their owners.
4. License
We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, time-limited single-user license. You do not own the software or IP. The license is bound to a license key + device binding, with a device/session quota per plan. Device changes are subject to a 30-day cooldown.
5. Tiers & Trial
Available features depend on your license tier (e.g. Pro/Elite) tied to the plan you buy. The trial (for the period stated when it begins, typically up to 3 days) is a time-limited promotion granted once per device. We use a device fingerprint and Steam ID to verify trial eligibility and prevent reuse (see Privacy Policy). When the trial expires the license locks until a plan is purchased.
6. Payments & Pricing
Prices are shown at purchase (THB/USD) and processed by a third party (e.g. Stripe). You must provide accurate payment information; we may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud. Top-ups are one-time (prepaid), not auto-recurring. Remaining days are non-refundable and do not roll over on expiry.
7. No Guarantee of Undetectability or Continuity
We do not guarantee the Service will be undetected by the game, will function indefinitely, or will be compatible with every game version. Source-game updates may temporarily break the Service, which is not grounds for a refund.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's IP; (b) share, resell, or let others use your license key; (c) attack or attempt unauthorized access to our servers; (d) circumvent the license/anti-abuse systems. Violation results in immediate revocation without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
The software, code, and decode/compute logic (IP) are owned by Overvales. You receive only the license in §4.
10. As-Is / No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" with no warranty of continuity, security, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of in-game items, game accounts, time, or suspension in the source game.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Overvales harmless from claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights (including the source-game developer's).
13. No Responsibility for Game Bans
Using third-party software with the game may violate the source game's terms. You accept this risk entirely yourself, including bans, item removal, or game-account deletion. We are not liable in any case.
14. Suspension & Revocation
We may suspend or revoke access immediately for violations, fraud, chargebacks, or conduct harmful to the Service, without refund.
15. Force Majeure
We are not in breach for interruptions beyond our control, including the source game shutting down or changing such that the Service cannot function.
16. Changes
We may revise these Terms and pricing, announced via official channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will first be negotiated, then submitted to Thai courts; applicable consumer-protection law may allow consumers to sue in their own jurisdiction.
