1. General
Purchases are digital goods delivered immediately. In general, once a license key is issued and use has begun, the sale is final and non-refundable, except as in §2–3 or where required by law.
2. Paid but not credited
If your payment succeeded but the license/days were not credited, contact [email protected] within 14 days. We will verify with the payment provider and credit you, or refund if we cannot. Always contact us first — do not file a chargeback.
3. Store credit instead of cash
Where we deem appropriate, we may offer store credit (for renewal/upgrade) instead of a cash refund. Credit is non-transferable and non-cashable. This is at our discretion, not a guaranteed right.
4. Trial
The trial is free and not subject to refunds.
5. Downtime & game updates
Temporary unavailability (e.g. from source-game updates) is not automatically grounds for a refund. Any compensation is at our discretion, case by case.
6. EU right of withdrawal
For EU consumers, by consenting to immediate delivery of digital goods and acknowledging the waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right, the product becomes non-refundable once the purchase completes.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates these terms and results in immediate and permanent suspension and revocation across all products, and may be recorded in fraud-prevention databases.
